Windsor Pattern
Need help with tie and node (links from the early '90s.)?
I recently went through the whole my 100 + links and threw the 1980s, truly hideous and 90 Fugly models, etc. I try to leave the port still five or so links, at any time. But that's the problem: all my links are really new extra long, so I can do the full Windsor. However, most of my older links (those that I am not Chuck) are fairly short and tapered at a rate so that either A.) the node is good, but the link does not go anywhere near my belt buckle and looks ridiculous, or B.) The crux of the size of a quarter and tie is the right length. Does anyone know of any advice / Tricks to make the knot look a little fuller, while keeping the length of the tie? Or do I just need to throw hundreds of dollars in bonds? Thank you!
