How to make a really good chocolate pie?
My brother made a very good chocolate pie, but was rather the flow nose. He used sweetened cond. real milk and chocolate powder and it was delicious, but it did not put in place. Ideas?
I made a German chocolate cake once. The first set up perfectly, but the second did not. I think I just did not cook long enough. Was Pie's only when you cook the pudding on the stove or in the bottom of pie? If the pie crust - perhaps he needed to cook longer as I did (I finished mine in the microwave because I did not know what else to do). If it is where you make the pudding on the stove, the only thing I can think it to be cooked long enough and then put the hot in the fridge and covered.
