what fruit per day is too much?
I have a bowl of pineapple, waterlemelon, blueberries and half a banana for breakfast each morning, sometimes with yogurt and granola, then a fruit smoothie as reinforcement for lunch and a shot of wheatgrass and then fruit in general with dinner. Is this to much fruit? Thank you:). I just found out I was celiac And so it is difficult to choose what they eat so im eating so much fruit and vegetables, but not much else. and need help to change my diet.
Yes. Remember a lot of fruit, sugar but natural sugar and ur body needs them but I plan ur breakfast is perfect u should eat cereals with whole grains! delicious! do not smother the thing evryday! perhaps twice a week or three! try drinking more water! 2-4 liters is enough, I drink more than 6 - any so try something for lunch a lil salty CUX ur body needs salt too-veggies/turkey whole grain bread! also u should almonds / peanuts / nuts cashew / pistachew for snack I eat fruit for dinner too Mellon 1 slice or 15 grapes with cheese, or try enogh carrots with whole grain cracker, but I ur really bang!
