Dip Set
Would you assume that a mixed bag, pre-cut vegetables has been prewashed and ready to go and use (w / DIP)?
I bought a bag of broccoli florets, cauliflower florets and baby carrots. Then I ate about half of the bag with a ranch dip, which is obviously intended use (as in salad at a party). Now I wonder ... I was wrong to take it has been prewashed? I am concerned about food poisoning! The question is: Are you worried?
I would not worry but I would wash my fruits and vegetables, although they said ready to eat. I do not know how clean the person or the machine is that fills the bag. Next time I suggest you wash before you eat. Just drill a small hole in the corner of the bag if you're away and pour cold water on vegetables for a few minutes. So enjoy.
