Bone Dish
Tuscan T-bone steak ??????
I would like to reproduce an evening with my husband .... The dish was from the Gargen olive was T-Bone Steak Tuscan. Can not find a recipe anywhere ...... Please help. Everything I have is only just does'nt.
Supposedly it is: Olive Garden Fiorentina steak grilled T (OG-Bone Steak Tuscan-Style) Ingredients: 4 T-bone steak, 1 1 / 2 inch thick 1 / 4 cup olive oil extra virgin 1 / 4 cup minced garlic 4 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 2 v. Tea rosemary leaves, chopped 3 tablespoons lemon juice METHOD: Preheat gas grill to high, leave one burner off. If you using a charcoal grill, build a fire and let burn until coals are bright red with a thin layer of white ash. Spread the ember bed, even on one side of the grid. Clean the cooking grate. Brush the steaks with a little oil and season generously with garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary. Grill steaks to direct heat until marked, about 2 minutes per side. Move steaks to the cooler part of grill and continue grilling over medium heat until desired doneness indirect, 6 to 7 minutes per side for cooking (cook slightly less for rare, slightly more than medium-well). Transfer the meat on a cutting board or large platter. Drizzle each steak with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and finish sprinkling the steaks with lemon juice. Let steaks rest for about 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into slices. To carve the steaks, cut meat from bone with the tip of a knife, it will separate easily and cleanly from the bones if you use short strokes and keep the blade close to the bone as possible. Once the meat is cut free, cut into slices. Serve on a hot plate or plates. Makes 8 servings.
